Web Site Prices
We make every effort to keep the pricing information on our web site current. However, because pages on our web site may be stored in cache on your computer or on proxy or Internet relay servers, old pages may remain visible to you for a period of time even after we\'ve updated them on our server. Therefore, prices provided on our web site are for informational purposes only, and we reserve the right to change them without notice at any time.

To purchase items from www.timberwolfgallery.ca please complete the online shopping cart forms. Alternatively, you may place your order by sending us an e-mail at timberwolf@cogeco.net or by faxing your order to our gallery at (613) 965-5736.

All artwork is to be prepaid before shipping and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. Each print will be billed on an individual basis and unless otherwise specified, all prints will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube via Canada Post. All orders will be shipped with-in 5 business days depending on availability of stock. If a product is back ordered you will be notified by e-mail.

We warrant that the items offered for sale are as pictured and described. All items are carefully examined for condition prior to shipping.

Your order does not constitute a contract for delivery of products. You will not be billed for un-shipped orders. All information including taxation needs first to be verified. Failing to choose proper shipping locale (Province/Territory) will slow processing, and tax will be manually added. All Canadian orders are charged GST, Ontario residents also pay PST.

Return Policy

Guaranteed Satisfaction
We realize that buying over the Internet can be difficult. Therefore, upon receipt of the artwork we would like to extend a five-day grace period in which our customers may make a final purchase decision. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange a print, just return the print in the same condition it was received. Please contact us before you return the print to us. Upon receiving the item back in the same condition that it was sent, we will be glad to refund your money minus the cost of shipping & handling. PLEASE NOTE: For credit card orders that are returned for a refund there is an additional 3.9% credit card charge applies. We regret this additional charge however; the credit card company charges us even when we issue a credit to your credit card.

Unless specified all prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

We accept Visa, Master Card, money orders, or certified cheques for immediate payment. We do not accept personal cheques. All payments should be made payable to: Timberwolf Gallery. Shipping and sales tax (where applicable) are not included in the listed price of the artwork and will be added to the purchase price.

Disclaimer
Color representations and image clarity are as accurate as current technology allows. Depending on individual monitors, no electronic reproduction can replace the actual quality, clarity of the artwork. However, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money according to our return policy.
